We are a group of women that is interested in succeeding in nontraditional occupations. These would include Computer Information Sciences, Computational Science, Computer-Aided Drafting and Design(CADD), Engineering, Environmental Technology, Math, Automotive Technology, Waste Water Technology, areas of Ornamental Horticulture, and all of the Sciences.

The support, empowerment and knowledge that we give to and receive from each other are some of the benefits of being part of this club. Below is a list of our officers and members. Feel free to contact any of us… we can't wait to meet you!!

Officers

Michelle Ortega
President
Opportunities in the field of technology continue to expand, as do the demands of women entering this field. I am excited to be part of this growth and through the WIT group I feel that I have the resources women need to succeed in traditionally underrepresented
occupations.
The support I have received from the faculty, officers and members has been an integral part of my positive experience in Computer Network Administration and Telecommunications Networking Technology. As president, I hope to share this positive growth with other women who are interested in technology.
If you feel you could benefit from a strong support system, networking and empowerment, you should join us! I look forward to hearing from you and participating in your success.
Nada Rammo
VicePresident
I am very happy to be in this club that helps women to play their part in this world.

It supports our efforts to prove we can succeed at any hard job, we already have proven our skills as wives and mothers and now we want to prove we can succeed in difficult technology jobs (we can do it!).
